That sounds like a real challenge.  You did not indicate what e-mail client you are using. There may have been some defaults set up in your system for spell checking that CAN be changed, depending on your company policy.  If you are having issues with this, others might be as well, and they may have come up with a solution -- so I would ask around, if you haven&#039;t done so already.

Although it may sound like more steps, you may want to try to compose your e-mail in another program, and use that programs spell check, then copy and paste, and go direct to step 3 -- ignore and send.</description>

		<description>Spell Check.  Because we are networked I can&#039;t use spell check as intended.  I use it but I have to do it in stages.  Stage 1- check everything that is emphasized; stage 2- select change or ignore; stage 3- ignore all and send.
